Wedding Packages

All packages are based on weddings with up to 250 guest. View our preferred vendor list to see the great companies we use.

One Time Consultation - $150

  • This is a two hour meeting, were we will start the planning process for your fabulous event. We can cover any area you would like and I can give name and number of vendors if needed.
  • If you book with Weddings to Perfection after the initial consultation, we will give you a $75 credit towards the package purchased.

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Package - $600
(Travel fees may apply)

PhotoThis package is designed for the bridal couple that needs assistance with the final details of the wedding.

  • We will meet week of to go over requirements (one meeting- 2 hours).
  • Rehearsal Coverage (2 hours).
  • Will meet with reception venue to guarantee accurate set-up and decorations being delivered.
  • Will meet at church(day of)to coordinate and guarantee on time ceremony.
  • Will meet at reception site to coordinate all activities.
  • Troubleshoot when needed.

Pearl Package - $950
(Travel fees may apply)

This package is for those brides that do not want to hand over full control of their special day, but need help starting off on the right foot.

  • Three Pre-wedding meetings to go over specific needs, set budget and start and overall wedding requirements.
  • Set a monthly check-list with time frame to complete up to week before event.
  • Monthly follow-up calls to measure progress.
  • Rehearsal Coverage (2 hours).
  • Will meet with reception venue to guarantee accurate set-up and decorations being delivered.
  • Will meet at church(day of) to coordinate and guarantee on time ceremony.
  • Will meet at reception site to coordinate all activities.
  • Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract.
  • Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, cake cutting items, guest book with pen for the reception and ceremony.
  • Attend the last bridal fitting for help with dress the day of wedding and help with bustling of dress.
  • Distribute ( and pin) bridal party flowers in needed.
  • Transport needed items from ceremony to reception if needed.

Diamond Package - $1995

  • Six-wedding meetings to go over specific needs, set budget and start and overall wedding requirements.
  • Set a monthly check-list with time frame to complete up to week before event

  • Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, cake cutting items, guest book with pen for the reception and ceremony.

Gold Package - $2750

  • Ten-wedding meetings to go over specific needs, set budget and start and overall wedding requirements.
  • Set a monthly check-list with time frame to complete up to week before event.
  • Monthly follow-up calls to measure progress.
  • Rehearsal Coverage (2 hours).
  • Will meet with reception venue to guarantee accurate set-up and decorations being delivered.
  • Will meet at church(day of) to coordinate and guarantee on time ceremony.
  • Will meet at reception site to coordinate all activities.
  • Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract.
  • Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, cake cutting items, guest book with pen for the reception and ceremony.
  • Attend the last bridal fitting for help with dress the day of wedding and help with bustling of dress.
  • Distribute (and pin) bridal party flowers in needed.
  • Transport needed items from ceremony to reception if needed.
  • Arrange accommodations for out of town guest.
  • Keep an updated list of all RSVP’s.
  • Maintain wedding expenses to stay on budget.
  • Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, napkins, favors and thank you notes.
  • Stuff and mail all invitations.
  • Assist with rehearsal and reception menu.
  • Maps for ceremony and reception site (production costs paid by bride/groom).
  • Guest list and table/floorplan seating assistance.
  • Printed Instructions sent to each attendant (sent 2 weeks before wedding with times, places, expectations, etc.).
  • Distribute attendants' flowers, bouquets and tossing items.
  • Prepare seating chart for reception.

Platinum Package - $3500
(Travel fees may apply)

  • Twelve-wedding meetings to go over specific needs, set budget and start and overall wedding requirements.
  • Set a monthly check-list with time frame to complete up to week before event.
  • Monthly follow-up calls to measure progress.
  • Venue Selection: Research and visit up to 10 sites with client.
  • Rehearsal Coverage (2 hours).
  • Will meet with reception venue to guarantee accurate set-up and decorations being delivered.
  • Will meet at church(day of) to coordinate and guarantee on time ceremony.
  • Will meet at reception site to coordinate all activities.
  • Deliver color swatches to vendors .
  • Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract.
  • Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, cake cutting items, guest book with pen for the reception and ceremony.
  • Attend the last bridal fitting for help with dress the day of wedding and help with bustling of dress.
  • Distribute (and pin) bridal party flowers in needed.
  • Transport needed items from ceremony to reception if needed.
  • Arrange accommodations for out of town guest.
  • Deliver welcome baskets for out of town guest.
  • Keep an updated list of all RSVP’s.
  • Maintain wedding expenses to stay on budget.
  • Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, napkins, favors and thank you notes.
  • Address invitations from master list supplied.
  • Stuff and mail all invitations(postage to be supplied).
  • Assist with rehearsal and reception menu.
  • Maps for ceremony and reception site (production costs paid by bride/groom).
  • Guest list and table/floor plan seating assistance.
  • Printed Instructions sent to each attendant (sent 2 weeks before wedding with times, places, expectations, etc.)
  • Distribute attendants' flowers, bouquets and tossing items.
  • Prepare and distribute itinerary for ceremony.
  • Prepare seating chart for reception.
  • Coordinate Bachelor and Bachelorette parties.
  • Review and coordinate Engagement party.
  • Load gifts and décor left after reception to designated destination.
  • Set-up and tear down rental items(weight limits due apply).
